The Born Isotonic Hydration Sports Drink 400 grams is an isotonic sports drink with a refreshing citrus flavor. The sports drink was developed in collaboration with top athletes and ensures that many lost essential minerals and fluids are replenished that you lose during (intensive) exercise. It also provides your body with important carbohydrates so you can continue longer. The drink is not too sweet and contains few acidifiers, making it one of the few sports drinks that is thirst-quenching and well tolerated by your stomach.

Recommended use:
Dissolve 2 scoops (24 grams) in 500 ml of water. Hydrate before exercise by drinking 500 ml. Drink hydration regularly during exercise, approximately 250 ml every 20 minutes.
