Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, ASICS has added an EVA midsole. The EVA midsole has enormous cushioning and provides effective protection during your runs, whatever type of run it is. The material is therefore very reactive and provides a lot of comfort. The foam works together with the GEL™ technology implemented in the heel of the midsole. This gel softens the heel landing and improves shock absorption. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The lacing with Velcro at the midfoot provides a good lockdown feeling and extra support at the midfoot. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone.

Wear sole
