Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, ASICS has added an EVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. In addition, the midsole, the heel of the shoe is equipped with ASICS' GEL™ technology to absorb the shock with every step and soften the heel landing. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable.
