ASICS GT-1000 12 Women

Midsole

The FLYTEFOAM™ foam provides good cushioning and energy return for a super comfortable feeling. The foam works together with the GEL™ technology implemented in the heel of the midsole. This gel softens the heel landing and improves shock absorption. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone.

Outsole
