Midsole

The footbed feels very comfortable due to the good cushioning and energy return of the FLYTEFOAM™ foam. In addition, the midsole, the heel of the shoe, is equipped with ASICS' GEL™ technology to absorb the shock with every step and soften the heel landing. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone.
