Midsole

In addition to good cushioning, the FLYTEFOAM™ foam also ensures good energy return. Complementing the foam in the midsole, ASICS has added its well-known GEL™ technology in the heel. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone.
