Midsole

The FLYTEFOAM™ foam provides good cushioning and energy return for a super comfortable feeling. Complementing the foam in the midsole, ASICS has added its well-known GEL™ technology in the heel. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement.

Upper

The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone.
