Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, ASICS has added an EVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. The foam works together with the GEL™ technology implemented in the heel of the midsole. This gel softens the heel landing and improves shock absorption. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone.
