Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, ASICS has added an EVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. Complementing the foam in the midsole, ASICS has added its well-known GEL™ technology in the heel. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. Reinforcement has been added to the bottom of the heel counter, while the top remains flexible, soft and comfortable, so that your heel bone does not come under pressure.
