Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, ASICS has added an EVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone.
