The ASICS GT-1000 11 TR is an all-round running shoe for overpronators. TR stands for trail, which means that this shoe has an outsole with a stud profile. This way you have grip in all conditions when walking on unpaved paths.
The upper of jacquard mesh material ensures good air circulation and fresh feet. It also encloses the foot firmly without pinching for extra comfort.
Pronation is counteracted by the LiteTruss™ technology in the midsole, which provides more support and integrity of the midfoot. FlyteFoam™ cushioning in the midsole has a low density and in combination with the GEL™ technology, this ensures soft landings. In addition, the OrthoLite™ X-55 sockliner provides soft step-in comfort. An external heel counter provides more stability.
The robust outsole has raised grooves for good grip off-road. It is also very durable thanks to AHAR rubber (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) which is applied in parts of the sole.
The ASICS GT-1000 11 TR has reflective elements so that you are clearly visible in low light.
