Midsole

The footbed feels very comfortable due to the good cushioning and energy return of the FLYTEFOAM™ foam. Complementing the foam in the midsole, ASICS has added its well-known GEL™ technology in the heel. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. ORTHOLITE™ has an open-cell foam which ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone.

Outsole

The shoe has an AHARPLUS™ outsole. This material has excellent wear resistance. This property was improved by adding rubber materials that are also used in car tires. The outsole is not only three times more durable than a conventional rubber outsole, but also provides excellent traction and grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
