Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. Midsole

The Torin has a Standard FootShape™ fit, which does not restrict the movement of the foot, but still fits comfortably around the foot. The midsole is made of Altra EGOTM MAX, a luxurious, lightweight foam that keeps your feet comfortable from start to finish during your run. It is relatively soft and gives good energy return. The Innerflex™ technology has been applied to the foam. This is a grid of slots that cut through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This reduces weight and dramatically increases the shoe's flexibility without sacrificing cushioning.

Upper

The upper is made of technical knitted mesh. The breathability of the upper keeps your feet comfortable.

Outsole
