Midsole

With its Standard FootShape™ fit, the Timp offers plenty of room for the foot to move naturally. The midsole is made of Altra EGOTM MAX, a luxurious, lightweight foam that keeps your feet comfortable from start to finish during your run. It is relatively soft and provides good energy return.

Upper

The quick-drying Quick Dry Air Mesh upper absorbs sweat from your feet and pushes it out to promote natural evaporation, keeping your feet dry and comfortable. Altra's Fit4Her™ technology allows the shoe to conform to the unique shape of the female foot, which features a narrower heel and midfoot, as well as a higher instep, a longer arch, and a unique midfoot spacing.
