Midsole

The midsole is made up of two foams. Directly under the foot you will find a layer of Altra EGO™ PRO, a super lightweight and responsive foam. The bottom layer of the midsole consists of Altra EGO™ MAX. This luxurious, lightweight foam is specially developed to make running as comfortable as possible. It is relatively soft and provides good energy return. The Mont Blanc Speed has a Standard FootShape™ fit, which does not restrict the movement of the foot, but still fits comfortably around the foot. Balanced Cushioning™ platform positions your heel and forefoot at an equal distance from the ground and encourages better alignment, better form and a low impact landing.

Upper

A monomesh upper provides flexibility and a breathable upper in the Mont Blanc Speed. Monomesh is made of a thin material, but will not make the upper less sturdy.

Outsole

The shoe has a Vibram® LiteBase Megagrip outsole and therefore gives you the best of both worlds. The outsole has a high-quality rubber compound that offers unparalleled grip properties on both dry and wet terrain. In addition, the outsole is extremely durable. The use of Litebase technology reduces the sole thickness by 50% and the total weight by 30% while maintaining grip, traction and durability.
