The adidas Adizero HJ for both men and women are neutral spikes. The spikes are specially designed for the high jump part of athletics. Everything is aimed at being able to jump with power. The single-layer Celermesh upper is very lightweight. The tight fit and lacing with extra Velcro strap offer a good lockdown feeling.

The lightweight EVA midsole with Boost material offers the ideal combination of cushioning, a reactive feel and ground contact. Four extra spike points can be screwed into the outsole under the heel and 7 extra points under the forefoot for extra grip and traction.
