The adidas Adizero Ambition for women and men are spikes. The spikes are designed for medium distance running at high speeds in athletics. The single-layer Celermesh upper is lightweight and keeps feet cool. It gives a tight fit and a good lockdown feeling. The inside is lined with a thin layer of suede for a comfortable feeling when using the spikes without wearing socks.

The thin EVA midsole provides the desired balance between cushioning and energy return. It gives a responsive feel and lots of ground contact. The Pebax spike plate in the forefoot is durable and offers a lot of grip and traction. To increase the grip, four extra spike points can be screwed in under the forefoot. The Adizero Ambition spikes are ideal for use on distances from 800 to 1500 meters.
