This product is part of the Run for the Oceans collection from adidas and is made from yarn made with Parley Ocean Plastic: recycled plastic waste that has been intercepted of remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and coastlines that prevents pollution of our oceans. This version of the Adistar is an ode to the Berlin Marathon, which is why it has a special colored version.

Midsole

The midsole consists of two types of Repetitor foam. The Repetitor+ foam in the heel area protects the heel at first contact with the ground and supports the foot while walking, while the Repetitor foam in the midfoot and forefoot provides a more responsive feeling and an energetic push-off. The Repetitor midsole has a double density, this is the Dual-Density. A hard Repetitor block has been placed on the inside of the shoe for proper support while running.

Upper

The Adistar Berlin is made of a monomesh upper that provides breathability and offers flexibility. Despite the thin material, the upper does not lose its strength.

Wearing sole

The outsole of the Adistar consists of ADIWEAR™ rubber and provides durable traction. This type of rubber is extremely durable and is mainly used on the outside of the sole, where the material is most susceptible to wear and tear.
