The IsoPro gel can be taken without water before, during or after your training. The PeptiGel is a sports gel to which peptides have been added. Peptides consist of a special mix of proteins. This mix of proteins is easy to absorb by the body. It reduces fatigue and helps the body build proteins. It is recommended to take the PeptiGel with 150ml of water during or after your training.
