Midsole

PWRRUN PB foam and PWRRUN EVA foam were used by Saucony to make this shoe. With the ultra-light PWRRUN PB foam on the top and the firm, lightweight PWRRUN EVA foam on the bottom, these foams provide maximum energy return and excellent resilience. The preformed PWRRUN frame provides good support and extra resilience while running. The frame provides a responsive feel while distributing pressure across the feet. The deeper contours in the midsole give you a better fit with a supportive feeling for the feet.

Upper

The upper of the Tempus is made with FORMFIT technology, which allows the upper to work together with the footbed and the walls of the midsole. This way, the foot sinks into the running shoe, as it were, which gives a good lockdown feeling and the necessary stability. The upper is made of mesh which provides extra ventilation and comfort. The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling.

Wear sole

This Saucony shoe has a rubber XT-900 outsole and provides good grip on the road. The XT-900 outsole is extra protected in areas where wear and tear often occurs. The Saucony Tempus 2, the all-rounder you can count on every run!
