Salomon Ultra Glide 2 Women

The Ultra Glide 2 are comfortable trail shoes. Salomon offers lightweight comfort, an optimal fit and a lot of grip so that you can tackle all terrains. The Ultra Glide 2 trail shoes are specially designed for long distance running on unpaved trails and on not too technical trail paths.

What are the updates? The biggest update we see in the upper of this trail shoe. The lightweight and durable Engineered mesh provides optimal support and keeps your feet in place. Extra reinforcements have been added at the toe area to protect your feet against sharp obstacles.

The 3D Stretch Air Mesh upper offers very high breathability and a lot of flexibility. The Sensifit technology on the inside of the shoe encloses the foot. It adapts the forefoot and midfoot support to your feet, so that you experience continuous cushioning and support during the long distances. The Quicklace system contains a minimalistic and strong lace that you can easily pull on with one hand.

The lightweight midsole is made of responsive foam. The combination of EVA and Olefin [OBC] material provides long-lasting cushioning and resilient energy return. The curved geometry (called Reverse Camber) of the midsole enhances responsiveness and energy return.

The outsole consists of Contagrip® MA. This material provides grip on the most diverse surfaces. Both geometry and compound are balanced for confidence on wet, dry, hard or loose surfaces. In addition, the outsole is durable in the long term. The stud profile has been adjusted compared to the predecessor. The studs now have a length of 3.5mm instead of 4mm.
