Midsole

To maintain good cushioning during your longer trail runs, this shoe has Energy Foam. This foam from Salomon is responsive and made by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). It offers a high degree of energy return and is lightweight, the advantage? The feeling that you are being pushed forward with every step you take.

Upper

With the Thundercross upper you'll be ready for your next trail adventure. The upper part of the shoe is covered by Salomon's SensiFit™ construction, from the midsole to the lacing system, and thus provides optimal support and a customized fit around the foot. Furthermore, the anti-debris mesh prevents dirt from getting between your foot and the footbed. Finally, the shoe has the Quicklace lacing system to easily loosen and tighten your laces. This means you no longer have to worry about laces that can get stuck in branches while running.

Outsole

A true all-rounder, the Contagrip® All Terrain outsole with large Chevron studs offers maximum grip on wet, loose surfaces, but also on hard surfaces without sacrificing grip. Put on the Salomon Thundercross and you are ready for your trail run!
