Midsole

This model is equipped with Fuze Foam, a soft EVA compound with a high degree of energy return and fine cushioning. Finally, the ORTHOLITE™ insole provides soft entry comfort and long-lasting cushioning. The sole is made of open cells, which keeps your feet cool while running.

Upper

The SUPERCROSS GTX has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The upper part of the shoe is covered by Salomon's SensiFit™ construction, from the midsole to the lacing system, and thus provides optimal support and a customized fit around the foot. Regardless of the planned adventure, the shoe will be protected against rain and mud by the Gore-Tex® membrane. Ripstop is the weaving technique used in manufacturing the shoe to ensure that the material of the upper is strong and tear-resistant. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running. Outsole

The Contagrip® Mud outsole offers maximum grip for the most slippery and muddy surfaces. This outsole has a slightly softer material to provide maximum grip on muddy and slippery surfaces. The sole features Chevron studs that allow it to settle deep into soft ground. The large spaces between the studs ensure that mud disappears quickly.
