Salomon Speedcross 6 GTX Men

The Salomon SPEEDCROSS 6 GTX is a technical trail shoe that is suitable for challenging trail routes. Trail runs with many elevation meters and challenging surfaces such as muddy paths and routes with many boulders. Adventure awaits with this trail shoe, ready to accompany you on rough surfaces!

Midsole

The midsole contains EnergyCell+™ foam, a soft foam that returns a lot of energy with every step you take. The foam is durable and ensures that you can comfortably run for miles through nature.

Upper

The SPEEDCROSS GTX has an upper specifically designed for trail runners. The upper of the shoe is covered by Salomon's SensiFit™ construction, from the midsole to the lacing system, and thus provides optimal support and a customized fit around the foot. Sweat vapor will have the chance to escape, but from rain the shoe is protected by the Gore-Tex® membrane. In addition to Gore-Tex®, the anti-debris mesh prevents dirt from getting between your foot and the footbed. The ripstop weaving technique is used to make the shoe's upper material strong and tear-resistant. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running. You also no longer have to worry about laces that can get stuck in branches while running.

Outsole

The Contagrip® Mud outsole offers maximum grip for the most slippery and muddy surfaces. This outsole has a slightly softer material to provide maximum grip on muddy and slippery surfaces. The sole features Chevron studs that allow it to settle deep into soft ground. The large spaces between the studs ensure that mud disappears quickly.
