Midsole

This model has a foam specially developed for longer distances. This concerns Salomon's Energy Foam, a responsive foam made by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). This foam is lightweight and provides enormous cushioning to push you forward with every step you take. The shoe also has an Energy Blade, which is a lightweight TPU plate that is placed in the midsole. This gives you a push in the back while walking. The plate provides extra speed, smooth take-off and a balanced transition from heel to forefoot.

Upper

The PULSAR TRAIL PRO has an upper made of textile and synthetic material and ensures that your foot stays in the right place. An integrated sock ensures that no dirt gets into your shoe. The sock offers extra protection, is very comfortable and ensures a tight fit. Finally, the shoe has the Quicklace lacing system to easily loosen and tighten your laces. This means you no longer have to worry about laces that can get stuck in branches while running.

Outsole
