Midsole

The midsole is made of Energy Foam, a responsive foam made by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). This is the perfect foam combination for a midsole that needs to be super light, ultra-cushioned and high in energy return. Energy Foam provides consistent comfort, no matter how long your trail run. While running you will have a smooth transition from heel to forefoot, thanks to the Reverse Camber technology. Many Salomon shoes use Reverse Camber technology, this technology provides a round “rocker sole” where the toe part of the shoe is extra raised.

Upper

The GLIDE MAX TR W has an engineered mesh upper and offers very high breathability and a lot of flexibility. The SensiFit technology on the inside of the shoe encloses the foot. It adapts the forefoot and midfoot support to your feet, so that you experience continuous cushioning and support over long distances.

Outsole
