Midsole

The Cloudultra 2 PO has the reactive Helion™ superfoam cushioning material that provides a lot of cushioning with every step you take. The foam is combined with the unique CloudTec® technology. CloudTec® are the 'clouds' that absorb both horizontal and vertical shocks and therefore make your landing extra soft. Once your feet hit the ground, the Clouds stay firmly in place so you can continue with a powerful push-off. In addition, the midsole contains the characteristic Speedboard®, a plastic plate that bends while running and provides a responsive feeling when pushing off.

Upper

The Swiss-Engineered mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The upper also consists of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, On tries to make its products more and more sustainable. The upper has a knitted sock construction for optimal wearing comfort and extra strength for the feet. To reduce swelling, the FlipRelease at the top of the shoe can be unfolded to relieve pressure on the midfoot and forefoot.

Wear sole

The Missiongrip™ outsole features multi-directional patterns for very good grip.
