Midsole

With the Helion™ foam in the midsole you feel light and comfortable with every step. Furthermore, On has used insights from science to create a better and smoother running experience. Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. On uses 100% recycled polyester in the upper to reduce its impact on the environment. The heel counter has a soft lining so that you get a good, but also comfortable heel lock. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone. To keep the tongue centered and prevent dirt from entering the shoe, a pleated tongue is connected to both sides of the upper.

Outsole

With a rubber outsole, the shoe provides good grip and traction while running. The grippy rubber compound around the outsole has been developed with an improved traction pattern, for more grip during your run.
