Midsole

The midsole of the Cloudgo consists of the reactive Helion™ SuperFoam cushioning material with the CloudTec® technology. This combination is made for explosive movements. It provides good cushioning without reducing the energetic feeling. CloudTec® are the 'clouds' that absorb both horizontal and vertical shocks and therefore make your landing extra soft. Once your feet hit the ground, the Clouds stay firmly in place so you can continue with a powerful push-off. The midsole contains a TPU Speedboard® made of plastic that gives you stability and strengthens the rolling of the foot. The supporting function of a TPU Speedboard® also prevents injuries. Finally, the shoe has a rocker profile, which is the curved design of the sole. The rocker profile provides an extremely flexible shoe, stimulates the transition from midfoot to forefoot and thus reduces the load on the calf muscles.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. In the upper, On uses 85 to 90 percent recycled polyester to reduce its impact on the environment.

Outsole

With a rubber outsole, the shoe provides good grip and traction while running. The grippy rubber compound around the outsole has been developed with an improved traction pattern, for more grip during your run.
