Midsole

The Cloudboom Echo 3 has a modern midsole consisting of the ultra-soft Helion™ HyperFoam made from Pebax®. The high-performance foam provides good cushioning and a high degree of energy return, so you can keep running at speed. The competition shoe has a Speedboard® that is enriched with carbon. A Speedboard® with carbon provides extra stability and an explosive push-off to the forefoot. Because the carbon shoe is pointed upwards in the toe (rocker shape), your foot will automatically roll off. This results in a smooth transition from heel to forefoot. Finally, the signature CloudTec® technology has been used. The cloud elements that you see in the sole fold together diagonally while you run, this creates nice cushioning and an even more energetic push-off.

Upper

The upper of this model is made of microfibers, which provides ventilation to keep your feet cool. As a second advantage, this material will absorb less water to keep your feet dry, so you can always run comfortably. The knitted tongue completes the upper and gives your feet a secure, snug fit.

Outsole
