Midsole

The Cloud X 4 features the reactive Helion™ superfoam cushioning material that provides plenty of cushioning with every step you take. The foam is combined with the unique CloudTec® technology. CloudTec® are the 'clouds' that absorb shocks both horizontally and vertically, making your landing extra soft. As soon as your feet have hit the ground, the Clouds stay firmly in place so you can continue with a powerful push-off. Furthermore, the midsole has a Speedboard®, a plastic plate that flexes while you run, allowing you to push off faster.

Upper

The Swiss-Engineered mesh upper provides support in strategic areas around the midfoot and is highly breathable in the forefoot. On uses recycled materials in the upper to reduce environmental impact.
