Midsole

The ZoomX foam midsole makes the shoe feel lighter and more responsive. The shape of the foam provides support for the three phases of acceleration during your run. Flexibility as your foot lifts off the ground, softness as your foot moves forward, and cushioning as your foot hits the ground are all aspects of the midsole. The Flyplate, also called a carbon fiber plate, is located between the midsole. During your run it propels you forward and makes the shoes feel very responsive.

The upper of the Zoom Fly is made of mesh for good breathability.
