Midsole

In this shoe, Nike ZoomX foam ensures optimal energy return, so every step gives you energy for the next. As you run, you'll feel propelled by the 85% energy return of Nike ZoomX. ZoomX is also lighter and softer than other Nike foams. In addition, the midsole contains a carbon fiber plate known as the Flyplate, which works like a spring. Upper

The upper is made of Vaporweave, a composite material composed of two types of synthetic material: TPU and TPE, which doesn't absorb moisture.
