The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16 is a comfortable, neutral running shoe for women. The iconic shoe is famed for its soft, but responsive foam and provides an amount of comfort that makes the shoe ideal for long runs and breaking personal records.

The Vomero 16 has been created by critically analysing running-data from a large group of runners. Thanks to this approach the new Vomero knows to provide the perfect amount of comfort. The renewed mesh in the upper has been added there where ventilation is most welcome and where a bit of flexibility won't hurt; the nose of the shoe for instance. An integrated lace has been added to the upper. This lace provides extra support around the midfoot and under the foot arch.

The Nike ZoomX Foam is the lightest foam that provides the highest degree of energy return. This foam has been used over the full-length of the midsole and provides a lot of cushioning and flexibility front landing to take-off. The flexible Air Zoom unit underneath the forefoot provides a responsive and spring feel during take-off. The renewed heel-clip provides extra support.

The outsole has a thread pattern that has been designed by using the results of a data based study. The heel is made of wearproof rubber that ensures a lot of grip and sturdiness.
