Midsole

The shoe is equipped with ZoomX foam, which is Nike's lightest foam with the most energy return. By widening the sole, Nike has been able to add even more foam and also create a stable base. The ZoomX midsole effectively absorbs vibrations that occur during running, reducing the impact on your muscles. Moreover, you get a lot of energy back with every step, which makes running at a higher pace feel easier. Two visible Zoom Air units have been added under the forefoot.
