The New Balance FuelCell Trainer are neutral, all-round running shoes. The New Balance FuelCell collection consists of running shoes, which are designed to cover your kilometers as quickly as possible. With the introduction of the SuperComp Trainer, an extra element is added: covering your kilometers as efficiently as possible. The combination of two thick layers of FuelCell material and a carbon plate that can be bent in two directions returns a lot of energy.

The upper is kept as light as possible due to the lace knit material. The tongue is incorporated into the upper to get a sock-like fit. This creates a construction that ventilates optimally, so that your feet stay cool during longer training sessions or races.

The FuelCell Trainer uses the Energy Arc system. A two-way deforming carbon plate, which rests between two layers of high energy return foam. A large recess can be seen in the bottom layer, which allows the plate to spring back and forth. This is the optimal combination between soft cushioning and maximum energy return.

To ensure that you have maximum grip with as little weight as possible, the bottom of the shoe is equipped with a lightweight solid rubber outsole. It follows the contours of the recess in the midsole and is very durable.
