The Fresh Foam X 860 meets New Balance's green leaf standard: the upper is made from 50% or more recycled content and the midsole or outsole is made from at least one material containing at least 3% organic content or 5% recycled content.

Midsole

The shoe features the super soft Fresh Foam X midsole and provides soft, ultra-cushioning and unparalleled comfort. The midsole has a double density and consists of two Fresh Foam X foam materials. This gives you a lot of cushioning on the heel and the forefoot, but you also experience the necessary support at the arch of the foot. In the middle of the shoe there is a sturdy Fresh Foam X block that should prevent the foot from pronating. The special embroidery on the medial side of the midfoot keeps the foot well under control and provides extra support. This is extra pleasant when you get tired and start moving more inward.

Upper
