Thanks to strategically placed reinforcement you experience good support while walking. The heel cap is internally reinforced and offers a lot of support to your ankles. The foam has also been renewed from U4icX to ENERZY foam.

The Mizuno ENERZY foam is a lightweight cushioning material that offers an ideal balance between cushioning and performance. Under the heel, the midsole contains the X10 material, which distributes the pressure over the feet on landing and gives energy when the feet roll off. The high-quality removable Premium Insock insole also provides premium comfort and cushioning. The Wave Plate midsole offers stability and support by using two layers of cushioning material, each with its own density and damping capacity. The Wave Plate is now also sustainable, because it is made from Elastollan in a plant-based way. The X10 outsole offers good grip and traction.
