Midsole

The Wave Ultima 14 has an Enerzy midsole. This foam allows you as a runner to experience more cushioning and energy return. This foam is 15% more resilient than standard EVA foam used in many other running shoes. The midsole contains the well-known Wave Plate, which is a plastic plate in the shape of a wave.
