The Mizuno Wave Skyrise 4 is a comfortable all-round running shoe for the neutral runner. The shoe is designed for smooth runs and gives you the feeling that you are floating. The difference between the Wave Skyrise 3 and Wave Skyrise 4? The upper has been improved; stronger, sturdier, yet very comfortable with a stable position.

The upper is made of smooth, stretch and tension-free woven material, which ensures a soft and comfortable fit. The added engineered mesh provides excellent breathability, keeping your feet fresh during every run. The removable Premium Insock sockliner, which we see in many Mizuno shoes, provides a lot of entry comfort.

The Wave technology in the midsole provides stability and support by using two layers of cushioning material, each with its own density and damping capacity. It provides a soft landing and more energy return. This combined with the Minzuno Enerzy foam gives a high degree of cushioning and durability in the shoe. The DynamotionFit is Mizuno's custom design to develop shoes that work with your foot throughout your entire run.

The rubber outsole provides excellent grip and traction on both dry and wet surfaces, on paths and roads. X10 carbon rubber has been added to the outside of the heel for even more abrasion resistance. The grooves in the outsole give some flexibility in the forefoot.
