The Wave Rider GTX has Enerzy foam in the midsole to guarantee good propulsion. The material of this foam provides perfect softness and a responsive feel. A Wave plate has also been placed in the midsole, which is a plastic plate that is part of the Wave technology. The plate is wavy and ensures a stable landing and extra resilience during take-off.

Upper

The mesh upper makes the Wave Rider GTX very breathable and provides a comfortable feeling while running. The shoe is fully protected against rain and mud by the Gore-Tex® upper.

Outsole

The shoe has Wgrip rubber for superior grip on both dry and wet surfaces. In addition to great grip, the outsole provides traction and is a very durable sole.
