The Wave Rebellion Sonic is a neutral, all-round running shoe with a somewhat faster character. This running shoe is suitable for tempo training and intervals thanks to the resilient ENERZY foam in the midsole and a Wave Plate over the full length of the shoe.

The AIRmesh upper is lightweight and allows the feet to breathe well. Over 90% of the upper is made from recycled materials. The heel cap is relatively high and encloses the ankles in a pleasant way.

In the midsole we see the ENERZY foam which returns a lot of energy and ensures that you stay on speed. A Wave Plate has been added to the midsole to improve stability and smooth transition.
