Midsole

The great strength of the Wave Rebellion Flash is the midsole, which consists of two layers. The top layer consists of Mizuno's durable Enerzy Lite foam and this nylon-based foam is 5% more resilient and 17% softer than the material of its predecessors. Under the heel there is Energy foam that is relatively hard to provide a stable and reactive feeling during your run. The Wave Plate in the Wave Rebellion Flash contains a plate made of plastic combined with fiberglass. The plate is placed all the way to the forefoot, which ensures a powerful push-off in combination with stability and speed. This Mizuno plate wears out less quickly than the carbon plates we know from other shoes. This makes the Wave Rebellion Flash ideal as a training shoe for your pace days.

Upper

The AirMesh upper provides ventilation to keep your feet cool, and this material also encloses your foot comfortably.
