Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash Women

The Wave Rebellion Flash is a lightweight all-round running shoe for the neutral runner. This shoe is the little brother of the Wave Rebellion Pro and has a plastic plate instead of a carbon plate that extra stimulates the transition from heel to forefoot.

The upper consists of a highly breathable airmesh material. Not only does this save weight, but at the same time it keeps your feet dry and comfortable. The heel counter of the Wave Rebellion Flash is flexible, but it does have a reinforcement in the middle of the heel counter. This ensures the right support around your ankles.

The midsole consists of Mizuno ENERZY LITE material, which is made of nylon. This foam is 22% softer and 35% more resilient than Mizuno ENERZY. Between the foam layers is a plastic Wave plate for extra stability and a push forward.
