Midsole

The midsole of the Wave Paradox 5 contains cushioning materials and has a supporting function. U4ic foam has been placed along the entire length of the midsole. This foam provides cushioning, shock absorption and extra stability. Furthermore, the midsole has U4icX foam in strategic places to provide extra cushioning and a nice transition from heel to toe. In addition, the Double Fan-Shaped Wave construction ensures stability with every step you take. There is a little more foam on the inside of the shoe so that your foot cannot tilt inwards. This technology also ensures a smooth transition from heel to toes. Finally, the shoe has a comfortable insole that is removable.

Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping your feet cool while running. Because the mesh follows every shape of the foot, it provides comfort and support. Mizuno has used DynamotionFit technology for the upper. This technology mirrors the natural movements of the foot.
