Midsole

The Wave Neo Ultra consists of no fewer than three foams that together provide the highest level of cushioning and energy return. The core of the midsole contains Enerzy Core foam. This foam is aimed at providing resilience and cushioning. Thanks to Enerzy Core, this model is suitable for faster tempos. In addition to this foam, the shoe also has the foams: Enerzy and Enerzy Lite. Enerzy Lite is made from plant-based materials and provides extra cushioning. This shoe has more structure and stability due to the Mizuno Wave technology. The Wave technology provides stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and damping capacity. With every step you take, the landing will be partly cushioned and a spring effect will follow through the wavy foams.

Upper

The upper part of the shoe consists of mesh, a type of mesh that provides a flexible fit and is breathable. In addition to the breathability of the shoe, the dope dye technique was used when dyeing mesh. This is a dyeing technique in which mesh is dyed during the spinning process. This is a sustainable and water-saving method.
