Midsole

The Wave Mujin 10 has an Enerzy midsole. This foam allows you as a runner to experience more cushioning and energy return. Thanks to the Enerzy foam, you enjoy improved flexibility and stability, which is combined with resilient propulsion. This foam is 15% more resilient than standard EVA foam used in many other running shoes. A Mizuno Wave structure was chosen for the heel and midfoot, in which two different EVA foam materials with different hardness are placed on top of each other. This provides better stability without sacrificing cushioning. With every step you take, the landing will be partly cushioned and a spring effect will follow through the wavy foams.

Upper

The upper is made of technical knitted mesh. The breathability of the upper keeps your feet comfortable. The toe part of the shoe is extra reinforced to protect your toes during your run through nature. The upper also consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, Mizuno tries to make its products more and more sustainable.

Outsole

The shoe has a Vibram® Megagrip outsole. This outsole has a high-quality rubber compound that offers unparalleled grip properties on both dry and wet surfaces.
