  • A shoe for both on- and off-road adventures? Then the Mizuno Wave Ibuki 4 GTX is the shoe for you. A hybrid trail shoe that has extra cushioning to be suitable for paved roads and an outsole with extra grip to also handle off-road trail adventures! Adventure awaits with this trail shoe, ready to accompany you on rough surfaces!

    Midsole

The Wave Ibuki 4 GTX has an Enerzy midsole. This foam allows you as a runner to experience more cushioning and energy return. Thanks to the Enerzy foam, you enjoy improved flexibility and stability, which is combined with resilient propulsion. This foam is 15% more resilient than standard EVA foam used in many other running shoes. This shoe has more structure and stability due to the Mizuno Wave technology. The Wave technology provides stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and damping capacity. With every step you take, the landing will be partly cushioned and a spring effect will follow through the wavy foams.

    Upper

The airmesh upper allows sweat to be easily removed, so your feet are always dry and comfortable. The Gore-Tex® version of the Wave Ibuki is also waterproof from the outside. As part of its sustainability efforts, Mizuno tries to make its products more sustainable.

    Outsole

This model has an X10 outsole that is designed to be extremely durable and therefore long lasting. The X10 outsole is made of carbon and provides extra support in strategic places. There is extra support at the heel to increase traction. While running you will experience good grip, even when the paths are slippery. Take up the challenge and conquer any rough terrain with the Mizuno Wave Ibuki 4 GTX!
