Midsole

The Wave Horizon 6 has a midsole consisting of two types of foams. The top layer of the midsole is made of Enerzy Core, this foam is the softest and most resilient foam ever created by Mizuno. The midsole provides a lot of energy return with every step you take. This shoe has more structure and stability due to the Mizuno Wave technology. The Wave technology provides stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and damping capacity. Upper
