Enerzy foam and Enerzy Core work closely together in the midsole of the Wave Horizon 6. The combination of these foams makes the midsole soft and extremely responsive while running. This shoe has more structure and stability due to the Mizuno Wave technology. The Wave technology provides stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and damping capacity. Upper
